EMCRs in STEM & HASS: Shared Journeys & Futures

On 28 November 2023, the first joint event was held by the SHAPE Futures Network and the EMCR Forum.

This session brought together the diverse viewpoints of early and mid-career researchers in the fields of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine (STEM), alongside social sciences, humanities, and arts for people and environment (SHAPE) in an effort to understand how best to support and advocate for EMCRs.

Hear from the panellists as they highlight the challenges and opportunities faced by scholars in their respective domains and discuss practical strategies for fostering interdisciplinary cooperation among EMCRs.
